Description
If your boat’s capacity badge is faded, peeling, or missing to the point that the information is no longer legible, this replacement is the perfect solution. Under the U.S. Coast Guard’s Federal Boat Safety Act of 1971, all boats under 20 feet in length that are powered by an inboard, outboard, or stern drive engine and manufactured after November 1, 1972, are required to display a capacity plate indicating safe load limits.
