Description

Add a new exterior look to your Ram 2500/3500 by installing TUFSKINZ Tailgate Letter Overlays. This kit features raised and stylish letters that are fittingly positioned on the OEM tailgate letters on the tailgate.

Material Type

Domed (Raised 4mm) - Our Domed product line is our signature product. Each piece is manufactured with our 3-layer process that has been designed and tested to withstand all elements.

1ST LAYER - Superior UV Doming Resin that creates a high gloss, scratch resistant, durable finish.

2ND LAYER - Consists of a variety of substrates including our 100% Real Carbon Fiber, Chrome, Camouflage and Factory color matches to allow an array of custom options.

3RD LAYER - Utilizes our 3M Automotive Grade Adhesive that creates the perfect bond to the surface of the vehicle and makes the product installation an ease.

**Only Exception: Real Carbon Fiber (Raw) is Raised 1mm**

2025 Ram 2500 black overlay letters

The letters don't even match up the middle of the r is two times bigger than the letters on my factory tailgate the factory tailgate has a small hole in the r the letters don't match I would discourage buying waited forever for shipping too somebody has the wrong part number for the 2500 these must be for a 1500 even though it clearly says on my receipt that it's for a 2500 25 and 26

Disappointing

The listing for these skins is deceiving. In the first image, it does show the bevel trim still remaining factory chrome and that being visible. However, the image is appearing to show the product and installation location. The second image, of the same vehicle with the skin applied shows the entirety of the letters color matched, including the beveled edge. These skins do NOT cover the entire letter, they ONLY cover the top flat portion of the letter, letting whatever the factory trim is show through. I'd really recommend this product if that weren't the case however, now I'll need to remove this down the road and factory color match. Please make your listings more clear. If you are looking to black out your trim etc. this is not the product you want/need.

Thanks for leaving a review! These tailgate letter overlays are designed to install on the flat face of the existing emblem only, not around the sides or edges. The photos were taken on a truck with the factory black “RAM” letters, with our overlays installed on top. In the first image, our letters are installed and highlighted, with the OEM letters still visible in the background to better illustrate this. It sounds like you may be looking for a capped-style emblem, which is not a product we currently offer. We apologize if this was not what you were expecting. If the items are unused and the adhesive liner is still intact, we would be happy to accept them as a return for a refund. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.
