Merchandise Returns

TUFSKINZ accepts returns of products purchased directly from TUFSKINZ within 60 days of the original order date, provided the products are new and unused.

Return requests made after 60 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund. If you purchased through a third-party vendor, please contact them directly to initiate a return.

To qualify for a refund, products must be new, unused, and have the adhesive liner intact. Unused partial kit returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Additional restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned merchandise or the completeness of the returned kit. Products that have been installed or have had the adhesive liner removed are not eligible for return or refund.

If you need assistance with product fitment or have any questions before returning a product, please email sales@tufskinz.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

Returns for Shipping Damage

If your package or product arrives damaged, please notify TUFSKINZ within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier inspection or claim. TUFSKINZ will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, including a replacement when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Customized or personalized kits and parts.
• Products that have been installed or have had the adhesive liner removed.
• Products returned more than 60 days after the original order date.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed. Many TUFSKINZ products are made to order and may enter production shortly after the order is received. Once an order has entered production, including custom or personalized products, it cannot be canceled.
